Item Availability

Why is there no stock availability indicated in the Tradeport website?

    This is because Tradeport's item availability depends on the availability of the items in our merchants’ stores. Orders are relayed to the merchants whenever orders are received. Basically, as long as our merchants have it in their stores, we can get it for you.


I am looking for something from one of your merchants, but it’s not in Tradeport’s website. Can you check its availability for me?

    Yes of course, we’d be glad to check its availability for you.

    More and more stores are joining Tradeport and there are just too many items to upload in one go. Sometimes it takes us a while to upload a merchant’s complete product line. If there is anything in particular that you are looking for in a store that’s in Tradeport (i.e. a book from Fully Booked that is not in our website), just inquire with Customer Service via our Contact Us page.


How will I know if an item is still available for purchase?

    All items are available for purchase unless the item becomes out of stock – meaning, stocks in our merchants’ stores are no longer available.


    Kindly note that there are times when a store’s database indicates that stocks are still available, but when the items are being physically gathered, stocks have already run out. Other times, popular items in different stores sell out quickly and we’re not able to update the Tradeport website in time. For this reason, we suggest that you wait for an availability confirmation from our Customer Service before you pay for your items.


What if I already paid for my items, but they turn out to be unavailable?

    Sometimes, popular items sell out quickly in stores. It’s possible that you have already paid for your items and later find out that they have become out of stock. In cases like these, we will facilitate a refund via the same mode of payment. (For example: If you paid via bank deposit in BPI, we will credit the payment back into your BPI account.)


I know the item is out of stock. But can I still pay for it and wait for new stocks to arrive?

    Yes, you can. Usually, when we get word that certain items have become out of stock, these items are immediately flagged in the site. If you are looking for a particular item that has become out of stock, you may contact Customer Service to pre-order the items you want. However, we cannot commit on when stocks will arrive in stores. We can only commit that when you have made the required down payment, we will reserve your items for you as soon as stocks arrive.


Can I pre-order an item? How?

    Yes you can pre-order an item. If you are looking for a particular item that has run out of stocks or is yet to be released in the Philippine market, Tradeport accepts pre-orders.


    When pre-ordering items, please Contact Us. You will be required to make a down payment of 50% of the SRP. For recording and tracking purposes, your down payment will be reflected in your “My Account” page, under “My Wallet”.


    However, we cannot commit on when stocks will arrive in stores. We can only commit that when you have made the required down payment, we will reserve your items for you as soon as stocks arrive.


When is an item reserved for my order?

    Items are reserved under your account after you have completed payment (or for pre-orders, made the required down payments), and have received an email and/or an SMS confirmation that we have received your order. Adding an item in your cart does not reserve the items for you.


    Tradeport is online 24/7. However, our office is open only on weekdays: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, and is closed during weekends & holidays. Orders and inquiries will only be processed and answered during our office hours.


    For orders placed during weekdays, during office hours, we will confirm your order shortly via SMS or email, within 20-30minutes after you have placed your order.


    For orders placed during weekdays, after office hours, we will confirm your order on the next working day.


    For orders placed during weekends, we will confirm your order on Monday morning or on the next working day.


    Important Note: Popular items sell out quickly. It is possible for a popular item to be available when you added it to your cart, but find out later that it has become out of stock by the time you placed your order.


What if my order/s suddenly become out of stock, can I get a refund?

    Yes. We do facilitate full or partial refunds, with no additional charges.


    1. BANK DEPOSITS - Your money will be deposited back into your account. Should you like a scanned copy of the deposit slip, kindly send your request via our Contact Us page.


    2. PAYPAL (Credit Card) – We will refund your payment back into your PayPal account.


    3. WEEPAY (ATM Card) – Since Customer Service will email you your e-billing statement only when the item price and availability have been confirmed, it is almost always sure that you will complete payment only when your order has been confirmed.

Tradeport offers convenient payment options: bank deposits and Paypal (Credit Cards), accessone (RCBC account holder), and WeePay (ATM).

When will I get my item/s?

Since Tradeport ships only within the Philippines via Air21, LBC and Tradeport logistics team, you can receive your item as soon as tomorrow, provided we have already confirmed your payment.
