Return and Exchange Policy

All items bought in Tradeport are non-refundable.

If you would like to return and exchange an item due to incorrect item delivery, damage or defect, please
email us at customercare@tradeport.com.ph within seven (7) business days upon receipt of merchandise
so we can investigate the matter and facilitate a replacement.

The item must be returned for replacement in its original delivery condition only after the inquiry has been
settled, accompanied by the delivery receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

In the event that we cannot replace the defective product with the same item due to inventory limitations,
you may redeem another item with at least the same purchase price in Tradeport - of the same store/brand
- or at any of the respective physical stores.

    Since Tradeport ships only within the Philippines via Air21, LBC and Tradeport logistics team, you can receive your item as soon as tomorrow, provided we have already confirmed your payment.

    You might be wondering why Tradeport has no item availability indicated in the website. This is because Tradeport's item availability depends on the item availability of our merchants.
